Should I measure before I visit?
Yes please provide us with the length and width in feet of where you plan to place your hot tub.
Can I trade in my old hot tub toward a new model?
Yes your old hot tub has value towards the purchase of a new spa! Please provide us with the model and year of the tub. Learn more about Trading In Click Here
Do you provide installation and delivery?
Yes the price of delivery and installation is included in the cost of your tub. It usually takes 1-3 hours from the time we get the tub to your home.
Do you offer financing?
Yes financing is available on approved credit. Financing will not begin until the date of delivery.
How long will it take to receive my hot tub?
We have in stock hot tubs ready for immediate delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Custom or backorders can take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the specifications.
